Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at panthergroupllc@atomicmail.io within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, reship your order or issue a refund.
